Bed & Mattress Guarantee
It is rare for our bed products to give cause for complaint. We have spent much time in selecting good value products.
However, should you have the need to complain, we will take all necessary steps to ensure you are fully satisfied.
Beds and mattresses are protected by the manufacturer’s guarantee. The first year is completely free and covers faulty materials and poor workmanship.
The second year is also free, but you will be asked to pay any transport costs.
Thereafter, the warranty starts and you will be asked to pay:
For the guarantee and warranty to be validated, you do have certain responsibilities, but nothing too onerous. Mattresses must be turned regularly in accordance with instructions. Of course, this is not a requirement on any no turn mattresses.
Invalidating the Guarantee
We cannot accept any item which is soiled or un-hygienic. It is a benefit to you to use a mattress protector.
The guarantee/warranty is also void through misuse of the product. For example: Placing a mattress on an old base for which it was not designed, bending mattresses, placing heavy objects in drawers, excessive wear and tear caused by jumping on the bed and using bed without bed linen.
Your bed will give good service and by following these simple rules your guarantees will be there to protect you.
Product Replacements
Where a replacement is offered, every effort will be made to replace with an identical product. However, covers and designs do change from time to time, so we reserve the right to replace the goods with an item of the same quality.
PLEASE NOTE. Small bedding items like pillows, duvets and headboards, plus bed and bunk frames carry a one year guarantee against faulty materials and workmanship.
Of course, our policy does not invalidate your statutory rights.

- 40% of the current retail price if the product is 2 to 3 years old.
- 60% of the current retail price if the product is 3 to 4 years old.
- 80% of the current retail price if the product is 4 to 5 years old.
